WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
SellerChamp™ collects personally identifiable information when you register on our site. The information collected may include, but is not limited to the following: email, name, phone, shipping/billing address, credit card/bank account number, username, password, IP address, browser information, and address. Any comments or questions you submit may be recorded as well. Collection of information takes place at various times while navigating SellerChamp™’s site and using its software, Products and Services. When entering SellerChamp™’s site, information may be collected about previous sites the person has viewed. If questions or comments have been submitted via email or a forum on our website, personal information is collected as well.
We may automatically collect certain usage information when you access our Services (“Usage Data”), such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, log files, unique device identifiers, pages viewed, browser type, any links you click on to leave or interact with our Services, and other usage information collected from cookies and other tracking technologies. For example, we may collect IP addresses to track and aggregate retained in pseudonym form (replacing any directly identifying characteristics of personal information, to monitor the locations from which users navigate to our Services. The goal of collecting customer and viewer information is to create a friendlier and more efficient experience while working with SellerChamp™. Personal information submitted at the time of registration may be used by SellerChamp™ for the marketing and promotion of SellerChamp™ products that we feel may be of interest to you. You may “opt out” of these marketing activities during the registration process, by updating your account settings or via postal mail. We may use demographic and/or profile data to tailor your experience on our sites, show you content that we think you may be interested in, and display content according to your preferences. Furthermore, we shall have the right to retain records of all data pertaining to use of the website including, but not limited to, usage, activity logs, and click-throughs. We may disclose such data to third parties provided it is grouped with other user data and is presented in an aggregate form. We may also disclose, on an anonymous basis, statements made by our customers.
TO WHOM WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your information, including Personal Information and Usage Data, with third party service providers who perform various functions to enable us to provide our Services and help us operate our business, such as website design, sending email communications, telephone communication, SMS (text messaging), advertising, fraud detection and prevention, customer care, third party surveys or performing analytics. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. Our contracts with these third parties require them to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Information we provide to them, only act on our behalf and under our instructions, and not use Personal Information for purposes other than the product or service they’re providing to us or on our behalf.
SellerChamp™ may share certain information with carefully selected third parties that will allow them to mail you promotional materials about quality goods and services (including special offers and promotions) that may be of interest to you. The information shared will not include your e-mail address; your phone number; any information related to your postage, mailing activity or postage meter license; or any information related to your customers or address lists. You may contact ShipStation at any time to request that your information not be shared with such third parties, or when you register with ShipStation, or by accessing the opt-out link in any email communication from ShipStation or by clicking here.
If we sell, merge, or transfer any part of our business, we may be required to share your information. If so, you will be asked if you wish to stop receiving promotional information following any change of control.
We reserve the right to disclose information when required by law.
Other than as set out above, we will provide you with notice and the opportunity to choose when your Personal Information may be shared with other third parties.
REMOVAL FROM OUR DATABASE
To request removal from the database, please submit a support request by clicking here and we will be happy to remove your information promptly. If you request that we modify or remove all of your personal information, we will promptly do so, to the extent possible. Once your personal information has been removed you will not be able to use our products or services unless you re-register.
We may create links to other web sites. We will make reasonable efforts to link only to sites that meet similar standards for maintaining each individual’s right to privacy. However, many other sites that are not associated or authorized by us may have links leading to our sites. We cannot control these links and we are not responsible for any content appearing on these sites.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site and gather broad demographic information for aggregated used. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
DATA RETENTION AND YOUR ACCESS RIGHTS
In accordance with and as permitted by applicable law and regulations, we will retain your information as long as necessary to serve you, to maintain your account for as long as your account is active, or as otherwise needed to operate our business. When you close your account, we may continue to communicate with you about our Services, give you important business updates that may affect you, and let you know about products and services that may interest you, unless you have opted out of receiving marketing communications. We may also continue to use some of your information for business purposes and to improve our offerings or in some cases to develop new ones. We will retain and use your information as required by applicable regulations and SellerChamp™’s records and information management policies to comply with our legal and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, complete any outstanding transactions and for the detection and prevention of fraud.
Upon request and as required by applicable law, you may contact SellerChamp™ to confirm whether we maintain, or process on behalf of a third party, and of your Personal Information and to review it in order to verify its accuracy and the lawfulness of our processing of such Personal Information. Where you have determined that the Personal Information we collected about you is inaccurate or processed in violation of applicable law you may also request that your Personal Information be corrected, amended, or deleted. This web site has security measures in place designed to protect against loss, misuse and/or alteration of the information that you provide. Furthermore, we have taken reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorized access to the contents of this web server. For example, we:

You may edit your personal information at any time by clicking on the “Settings” tab when you are signed in to SellerChamp™. All information may be changed including: address, email, phone and more. The new information will be updated in our system and used in the collection of information when visiting SellerChamp™.
