As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your experience, we are thrilled to bring you the latest features and improvement updates that will elevate your interactions with our products and services. Your feedback and suggestions have played an invaluable role in shaping these advancements, and we are excited to share the fruits of our collective efforts with you.

Without further ado, let’s dive into it:

1. Now you have the option to upload up to 24 images for your eBay listing

eBay has upped its limits, and SellerChamp has adapted it; you can now upload up to 24 images for a listing and up to 12 images for a variant listing.

2. New eBay shipping service for your listings

eBay has launched a new shipping service called USPS Ground Advantage. It’s a cheaper alternative to USPS first class mail shipping service. Moving forward, you may locate this option in your eBay product listing’s Shipping settings in SellerChamp.

3. You can now remove data from fields in a product in bulk using a CSV file.

All you have to do is include a full stop (.) in the CSV file for the relevant field and upload it on the Products page under the Bulk Product Updates option. This will fully erase the value from that field.

4. Crop your images based on your preferences

We are aware of how important images are for a listing and here we are with a fabulous update. Now, prior to submitting an image to the selling channel, you can crop it as desired.

5. Remove the background of an image

Is the background of your image not very appealing? With just one click, you can easily get rid of the background of your image.

6. Put an order on hold

Now available in SellerChamp, the option to place an order on hold has been introduced. The key objective behind this addition is to ensure that any updates are not transmitted to the marketplace or fulfillment provider when an order is put on hold within the SellerChamp platform.

Moreover, a new filter has been seamlessly incorporated into the Orders page, exclusively designed to sift out orders that are currently on hold. This enhancement is aimed at providing you with enhanced convenience and control.

Furthermore, if you place an order on hold directly on Shopify, we will sync the status upon fetching the order to SellerChamp and mark it as on hold in SellerChamp as well, eliminating the need for you to manually designate it as on hold in SellerChamp. Please keep in mind that this use case is only available for the Shopify marketplace.
