We hope this message finds you well and thriving in your business endeavors. At SellerChamp, we have been hard at work to bring you the latest advancements and exciting new features that will elevate your experience with our product. We are thrilled to share with you the incredible updates we have in store for you.
Without any more delay, let’s dive right into the exceptional improvements that await you.
1. Extended support for the Woocommerce Shipment Tracking plugin
If you have installed the Woocommerce shipment tracking plugin, we now offer the option to send tracking information such as the Carrier code and Tracking number to your Woocommerce order.
It’s important to remember that our current implementation only allows for the transmission of tracking information from SellerChamp to Woocommerce. The capability to retrieve tracking information from Woocommerce to SellerChamp has not been implemented yet.
2. Amazon fees has been added to the SellerChamp API orders endpoint
We are excited to announce a new feature that has been added to the SellerChamp API. You can now easily access Amazon fees, conveniently labeled as Marketplace fees, when retrieving an Amazon order.
3. Customizable page size for Orders page
Based on your positive feedback regarding the page size feature on the Inventory page, we have now implemented the same functionality on the Orders page. You will now have the ability to configure the page to display up to 300 records, providing you with greater flexibility and control over your order management experience.
4. Enhanced Copy to Clipboard Functionality
We have recently enhanced the user experience of our copy to clipboard feature. Now, when you copy a value, the system will display a tooltip message indicating “Copied,” confirming that the value has been successfully copied. These improvements aim to provide a more seamless and intuitive experience for our users.
5. Internal Notes for Products on Products Page
The Notes field allows you to conveniently write and store essential information about a product, making it easily accessible for you and your colleagues. This information is not sent to the marketplace instead it is stored internally.
6. Ability to send and fetch cost price to/from Shopify
You now have the flexibility to configure the Cost price settings according to your preferences.
With this update, you can choose to enable both push and pull actions for Cost prices, allowing seamless synchronization between the SellerChamp and your Shopify store. Additionally, we have included a “NONE” option, which ensures that no action is taken regarding Cost prices, by selecting the NONE option, the Cost price will neither be pushed nor pulled.
7. Download images in bulk for a batch
Are you tired of manually downloading each image one by one? Well, with our Bulk Image Download feature, you can now download all your listing images in one go.
Here’s how it works: simply click on the Download Images option, and our system will generate a convenient zip file for you. Head over to the Reports page to find the zip file and download it to your device. Once you unzip the file, you will discover several folders, each representing a listing. Within each folder, you will find the corresponding images for that particular listing.
8. Define a max weight when creating a pick set.
With this incredible functionality, you now have the ability to allow the system to automatically select orders that have a weight less than or equal to the value you enter.
With that we conclude our updates. Thank you for your continued support and trust in our platform. We are dedicated to empowering your success and look forward to bringing you more exciting updates in the coming months. Stay tuned for more features and enhancements designed to elevate your e-commerce experience. Wishing you a prosperous month ahead!
